client. Whether the necessity is to hire one specialist at headquarters, or several
hundred for a new branch office or hotel, the requirements are evaluated, and a plan is
devised to meet the needs of the client.
As such, the services that we offer do vary. The basic services currently offered
include:
Contract Recruiting Services
In this role, SAGE will work directly with a client company in their
ongoing staffing efforts. This involvement can range from assuming full responsibilities
for all staffing efforts nationally and/or internationally on a retainer basis to
providing recruitment services for one particular project at a fee based on type and
number of positions required.
Executive Search Services
This service allows SAGE to assist the client in defining the
role and compensation of a particular position. SAGE will then work with executives of the
client company to define the attributes necessary for the success of any selected
candidate for the position, as well as the technical and/or experience required.
Once a clear executive search profile is established, SAGE will launch regional,
national, or international search efforts to identify candidates that fall within the
scope of all of these needs as defined by the client.
Our fee is based on total cash remuneration and no payment is required until the client
has confirmed a candidate. top
