Use of PR Aviation websites

PR Aviation is not a travel organization. The role and function of PR Aviation is limited to:

• providing travel information and advice;
• facilitating reservations and bookings directly between the customer and the supplier, whereby PR Aviation only acts as an intermediary i.e. facilitator;
• providing a confirmation of these bookings;carrying out the payment for the booking of the product i.e. service to the supplier on your behalf;
• confirming acceptance of the (general) conditions of the product i.e. service supplier on your behalf.

PR Aviation merely offers the possibility to search, find and acquire products i.e. services of various suppliers. PR Aviation does not support all products i.e. services, nor all suppliers of these products i.e. services. PR Aviation is not biased nor prejudiced with regard to any supplier.

In its search for products i.e. services, PR Aviation does not limit itself to specific suppliers or suppliers with whom they have an agreement. In order to offer our customers the best possible choice, it is likely that products i.e. services of suppliers unknown to PR Aviation are also offered.

If a customer decides to purchase a product i.e. service, he/she is still bound to the (general) conditions, terms and notices of the supplier of the product i.e. service. Consequently, you agree to the terms and conditions of the supplier whose product i.e. service you want to obtain, including, but not limited to the payment of all amounts before the expiration date and in accordance with all rules and limitations regarding the availability of the rates, products or services you have selected. You are fully responsible for all invoices, payments, taxes and fees resulting from the use of the PR Aviation websites.

If required, we will use forms on our websites. With these forms, you can subscribe to our mailing list or place orders (e.g. reservations, bookings). When using purchase order forms, your IP-number is registered to help prevent credit card fraud and hoax bookings. Your email address is only requested to enable us to contact you. For bookings, however, we are obliged to pass various personal data on to the companies providing the product(s) i.e. service(s).

We collect and save the names, addresses, credit card numbers and other personal data from customers using our website only when they register to a PR Aviation website. As a result, their future transactions will be processed a lot faster, they can use extra functionalities, they are kept up-to-date with the latest special offers and they may profit from saving and discount possibilities. The credit card information you supplied is used to check the card’s validity and process the payment of the facilitating fees to PR Aviation, as well as to the supplier(s) of the product(s) i.e. service(s).

Terms and notices

Credit Card Information

Your credit card information will be used by PR Aviation to process the payment of the facilitation fees. On your behalf, your credit card information is also passed on to the supplier(s) to perform the payment of the purchased products i.e. services.

After payment you will receive a confirmation through e-mail from both the supplier(s) and PR Aviation containing the payment details.

Agreement

Customers using one of our websites do not have an agreement with PR Aviation for the supply of products i.e. services. The agreement is restricted to the supplier(s).

Changes i.e. cancellations

For changes and/or cancellations of products i.e. services, the customer must contact the concerning supplier(s) directly. Therefore, customers should be aware of the terms and costs applied by the supplier(s) in case of change and/or cancellation of the product i.e. service.

Travel documents

Passengers must have valid travel documents (ID, driver’s license, passport, visa), supplied by the supplier(s) i.e. concerned (inter)national authorities. It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain the required travel documents.

Currency exchange

The rates displayed on the websites may be the result of a foreign currency exchange based on the present exchange rate. Therefore, the amount eventually charged to your credit card may differ, depending on the exchange rate used, but will never be more than 3% above the rate as displayed on the websites.

Last but not least

PR Aviation advises its clients at all times to make a print or copy of the transaction data and the (general) conditions of the supplier(s), and to save these in an easily accessible place.
