Grave 25: Obituary
He just wanted to live
This pushed him
Through the crowd
Made him use
Elbows, hands and teeth

It wasn’t panic
Though many would have
Called it that.
It wasn’t fear
It was his life itself
Precious and fragile
Fighting to survive

But in the corridor
The way out blocked
And overcome with smoke
And fear
Suddenly all life
Became precious and fragile
And he died with
No limits and
No boundaries
To the love inside
