Prices are given in Euros (€). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices exclude Value-Added Tax (6% in The Netherlands). VAT is only applicable for sales within the European Union unless you let us have your VAT Registration number.
Prices do not include postage and handling, which will be charged on the invoice. Books are sent by surface mail unless requested otherwise.
