Perry Dosset began his carreer at the musicdepartement of the Acadamy of Small Arts in Amsterdam. Singing lessons were taught by Paul Gravert and John Lehman.

After one year he had enough and split to New York. Over there he danced at the Steps Dance Studio. During his 3 year stay in the US he danced in a whole bunch of videoclips like Whitney Houston videoclip 'I'm your Baby Tonight' and the C&C Music Factory clips.

In the Big Apple Perry danced with the Rod Rogers Dance Company, X-10-DID Dance Company and at the Salute to Lady Liberty. At the Royal Ballet of Vlaanderen Perry played the parts of Bernardo and Juan in the 'West Side Story'.
