De Kieviten is a well established Dutch cricket club, situated in Wassenaar, a small town just outside Den Haag (The Hague). It is part of a large sports club which also includes sections for Golf, Tennis, Hockey and Squash. The club has excellent facilities with two picturesque grounds as well as one of the very few indoor hall's in Holland.

Our members are a happy mix of Dutch nationals and expatriates from places as far and wide as Guyana, Sri Lanka, England, Ireland and Scotland (sort of). The club operates two mens teams as well as a ladies team, all particpating in the Dutch National League.  The mens teams are in the Overgangsklasse and 2D1, whilst the ladies are in the Dames 2 league. Training throughout the summer takes place on Tuesday evenings (Dames) and Thursday Evenings (Men).

We are always looking for new members, as we tend to have a high turnover of expatriate members, working in Holland on short term contracts. If you are potentially interested in joining the club, please contact us for more information.
